Romulo De Leon – President,  International Sales & Marketing

Romulo De Leon brings over 30 years of business experience in commercial product sales to HydroFuture. As then-president of both Paramount Enterprises and the US-Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, Romulo assisted in the adoption of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) among the US, Canada, and Mexico. He served as commercial and trading advisor to Costa Rica’s Consulate General in Los Angeles, California.

Romulo represented General Electric and other leading corporations from America, Europe, and Israel in trading automotive and industrial products to and from Latin America. He established various technology-transfer efforts as well as joint ventures — such as that between Israel’s ARAD Ltd. Dalia and Spain’s Dennis Nakakita. Romulo also has helped manage public-works projects, including a billion-dollar transportation initiative with the Southern California Rapid Transit District.

Romulo has trained and built sales teams for several Fortune 500 companies in the insurance, security, and real-estate industries. He has been published in several industry magazines including the Los Angeles Business Journal and the L.A. Deputy Sheriffs’ publication ALADS Dispatcher.

Erica Everett – President, Dealership Acquisitions

Erica Everett comes from almost twenty years in sales ranging from intangible acquisitions, where she excelled with companies who sold photonic  switching systems for the telecommunications industry to Ross Peros’ company, Micro-systems, who marketed interactive television cell sites.  She switched to marketing educational technologies to institutional  school districts while working intangible market so she could ply her talents in a market which needed to change, providing better opportunities for children’s education.  Her most recent opportunity has been with Logical Choice marketing interactive white boards.  She remains in the top 5 reps nationally ranked.  She constantly sells muli-million dollar quotas and makes the Presidents Club each year.  Additionally, she has become an outstanding trainer for this technology, thus allowing her more input as to how well this technology is received.

Her ability to train large numbers of people and manage a roll-out of product into large districts make her a welcome member of the team for rolling out dealership opportunities.

Christopher Wright – President, National Sales

Christopher Wright has over 28 years in the transportation industry, forthright and results-driven executive with documented record of multimillion-dollar sales increases and turnaround success in challenging settings. Christopher has been commended for attaining market advantage by leveraging client relationships to produce targeted product research. Strategic sales revitalization expert known for building strong teams, over-delivering on customer promises, and quickly achieving profitability. Christopher has brought huge success to multiple companies with his expertise in sales and marketing. As a General Sales Manager he has motivated and trained hundreds of salespeople to be the very best that they can be, always striving to be number one, bringing a truly professional sales leader to any and all companies that he is involved in.
