Romulo De Leon of the Long Beach dealership, began discussions with several ministers of transportation with the government Costa Rica to discuss their countries interest plans for using hydrogen in the future.  Mr. De Leon says, “After a 2 1/2 hour meeting discussing the typical web presentation on the product and discuss all the advantages of our system, the companies using our system, the cities using our system and the many attributes and applications our system has to offer.

Their interest is to provide a Nation wide program for fuel reduction and emission reductions, they will be interested in having our system assembled there has part of their job creation programs.

Furthermore, they are building a free zone (duty free like Panama and Hong Kong) with major world companies, the expansion of the Ports and the establishment of a clean air program where we can be instrumental in that process since it will allow us a free range distribution of our system through the passing of laws that will require the use of HydroZilla.

My son Rome met with senate members in Panama when visiting his  mother and sisters recently.  These contacts in the Republic of Panama are also working with Colombia in modernizing their transportation system (they are building a metro) and moving forward with emission reduction and fuel reduction technologies in an effort to go green.  They are now discussing Hydrofuture hydrogen on demand technology for possible use towards these goals.  These potential programs will represent many million of dollars that they have set aside already for this type of use.
