I found this video on YouTube which demonstrates how hydrogen and oxygen added to a flame burn using (and I am assuming this part) fossil fuel can reduce the amount of diesel particulate matter (DPM) and other emissions particulate matter by virtue of it's effect as a catalyst with fossil fuel.
