HydroZilla Version 8

The HydroZilla version 8 is HydroFutures’ primary production line product.  However, there are many products in que:

  • Ocean Vessel custom build delivering 10 times the amount of gas liberation and much higher amperage usage.
  • Rail system ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions for trains.  These motors are very similar to that of which we are building for tug boats and small ships.
  • Under the counter use for replacement of natural and CNG gas in countries like India and the like.
  • Water heater fueling.
  • Pool heater fueling.
  • Mobile Blue Rhino tank filling.

The Hyrdo-Zilla 8th generation hydrogen & oxygen delivery system featuring HydroFuture’s proprietary stainless steel Dual Reactor Core Technology (DRCT) and featuring the new High Speed Efficient Hydrogen Reactor (HSEHR).  PRODUCES APROXIMATELY 760 LITERS PER HOUR AT 135 AMPS ON A  12 VDC SYSTEM and can be adjusted towards an upper range of 180 plus amps and 1080 liters per hour.

The HydroZilla version 8 testing bench has a built in power station in the bottom cabinet which consists of a large format vehicle alternator turned by an electric motor with the proper pulley set-up to simulate power in a large format vehicle at an proximate 700-800 rpms.  There is a large format truck battery set-up in which the alternate supplies electrical power to, and then from there the cabinet is fitted with appropriate cabling and connectors to attach to the HydroZilla system box to power the system as if installed on a class 8 vehicle or motor.  The bench is mounted on four (4) large heavy duty casters to move around in your shop as needed.

The HydroZilla system is bolted onto the middle shelf and operates as if  installed on a typical large format vehicle/motor, including gauges for observing the current operating amperage of each reactor.   The bench is set up with the same power switching to operate at the same amperage levels and voltage levels suggested by manufacturing to operate under normal OTR conditions.

The system purchase includes a torch set up to burn test the gas output. The dealer/owner can verify all operating parameters and determine if all is normal prior to a delivery, including verification of system gas delivery.  In all cases, systems are bench tested thoroughly prior to shipping and has demonstrated consistency receiving a rating of X amount of gas per minute noted on the interior door panel.

In most cases, a vehicle/vessel system will warrant an upgraded alternator.  Our HydroZilla version 8 HOD system requires a minimum of 120 amps at all times.  In some cases, determined by the individual vehicle/vessel system, over a period of 8 plus hours, our HydroZilla reactors will ramp up by 10-18 amps per reactor.  This means that there is a total amperage potential need of up to 146 total amps.  If your vehicle/vessel system require 15-25 amps when all systems are running, than add another 120 amps to the start up idling amperage total output need.  If you calculate these additions you can make assumptions of your alternator upgrade need. A HydroFuture sales representative from the appropriate dealership can assist you in these add-on decisions.
